The vision of starting a Non-Sectarian School which aims to enhance each child's eight intelligences was realized in 2003 when TOTS@WORK LEARNING CENTER opened its doors to its first batch of preschoolers. This was birthed in the hearts of parents and educators - a season of prayer, waiting for the Lord, consultations and planning. Then, bold steps were made to realize its fruition. In time, God answered their prayers and honored their commitment.

       In June 2005, the school welcomed children with special needs for its SPECIAL EDUCATION PROGRAM. This promotes the inclusion of developmentally challenged children in its regular classes, thus the school changing its name to TOTS @ WORK DEVELOPMENTAL CENTER FOR YOUNG LEARNERS, INC.

       Since then, the demand for a progressive curriculum that promotes the multiple intelligences of a child beyond pre-school among nearby communities has been growing. Thus TOTS finally decided to open a grade school which started last S.Y. 2009 - 2010 and it promises to continue its goal to serve the best interest for each child.
